16. The prescription of oral agents for ovarian stimulation in the course of basic infertility treatments is the only assisted procreation clinical activity within the meaning of section 2 of the Act which may be carried on elsewhere than in a centre for assisted procreation.

16. The assisted procreation clinical activities referred to in section 2 of the Act that may be carried out outside a centre for assisted procreation are the following:
(1)  the prescription of ovulatory stimulants or ovulation induction;
(2)  folliculograms;
(3)  sperm sampling and treatment for insemination purposes;
(4)  sperm freezing and storage; and
(5)  artificial insemination.
